From standard industrial to coastal, transit, hygienic and high-corrosion, we specify the substrate, coating system and sealing to the exposure your display has to survive.
Substrates & structure
Powder-coated steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, and 304 or 316/316L stainless, with duplex stainless for the most severe chloride exposure.
Corrosion & coating systems
A full system, not a single coat: multi-stage pretreatment, zinc-rich or epoxy primer, and super-durable or fluoropolymer topcoats, categorized to ISO 12944 exposure.
Hygienic & corrosion-engineered options
Cleanable geometry (flush glass, radiused corners, sealed fasteners, positive drainage), electropolished stainless, and an optional silver-ion antimicrobial coating that helps inhibit growth on the treated surface. It supports, never replaces, your cleaning routine.
Sealing & ingress
EPDM, silicone or FKM gaskets selected by temperature and chemistry, IP-rated cable glands and strain relief, and pressure-equalization vents against condensation.
Display front
High-TNI panels for direct sun, anti-glare, anti-reflective and solar-control glass, tempered or laminated safety glass, and custom frit, branding or privacy masking.
Validated & documented
Material certificates, coating-thickness and adhesion checks, chemical-resistance and comparative corrosion testing, ingress and thermal testing, and a factory acceptance record per unit.
